Organizational Interventions
Thomas is experienced and highly trained in effecting organization-wide interventions which involve a set of tailored, sequenced and planned actions intended to help an organization to increase its effectiveness by intentionally disrupting the status quo. They are deliberate efforts to transform an organization toward a different and more effective state.
Team interventions
Thomas’ team interventions are underpinned by a solid psychological foundation in effecting planned, systematic approaches which focus largely on employee groups within organizations and the processes through which they accomplish organizational goals. The efficacy of Team interventions emanates from Thomas’ understanding of human relations and group dynamics in his practice as an industrial/Organizational Psychologist.
Individual Interventions
Thomas is equipped in facilitating individual-level interventions within the world of work especially in the context of organizational systems that recognize individual changes occur within the context of facilitating macro changes or organizational changes. Thomas is also well equipped in goal-setting, performance appraisals, reward management, coaching and mentoring; career planning and development, management and leadership development, stress and wellness management and diversity management.
